Generally Accepted Facts from Wikipedia

Ghislaine Maxwell (born 25 December 1961) is a British socialite and the youngest child of publisher Robert Maxwell. Maxwell moved to the United States after her father's death and has become an advocate for the ocean as the founder of The TerraMar Project.

Maxwell is a prominent socialite in New York City. After moving to America, Maxwell and the billionaire American financier [and level 3 registered sex offender] Jeffrey Epstein had a romantic relationship, and Maxwell remained close to him after their break-up. Maxwell has attracted press coverage for her friendship with Prince Andrew, Duke of York, the second son of Queen Elizabeth II, who has attended social functions with her in New York. Maxwell introduced Epstein to Andrew and the three of them have socialised together on several occasions including attending a weekend pheasant shoot at Sandringham House. In 2008, Epstein was convicted of soliciting a minor for prostitution and served 13 months of an 18-month jail sentence. In an American court case that was made public in January 2015, a woman identified as 'Jane Doe 3' said she was approached by Maxwell in 1999, and claimed that Maxwell procured under-age girls to have sex with Epstein. Maxwell has always denied any involvement in Epstein's crimes. In a 2015 statement, Maxwell rejected allegations that she has acted as a "madame for Epstein" and "facilitated Prince Andrew’s acts of sexual abuse". Maxwell's spokesperson said that "the allegations made against Ghislaine Maxwell are untrue" and that she "strongly denies allegations of an unsavoury nature, which have appeared in the British press and elsewhere and reserves her right to seek redress at the repetition of such old defamatory claims."

She is passionate about Bill Clinton, with whom she is close friends.

Connection to Jeffrey Epstein and his victims

Maxwell was Jeffrey Epstein's "Fixer" or "Madam".[1] It is very likely Maxwell is one of the unidentified (but protected) co-conspirators in Jeffrey Epstein's plea bargain/non-prosecution agreement. Several victims have identified Ghislaine Maxwell as being present during Jeffrey Epstein's illicit activities,[2] but perhaps the most outspoken victim would be Virginia Roberts.

Virginia Roberts

Maxwell can be seen in photos with Epstein's victims, including Virginia Roberts (who also goes by her married name, Giuffre). The adjoining photo, with Roberts, Maxwell and Prince Andrew, is an example.

Maxwell, acting as Epstein's madam, was the one to procure Virginia Roberts as Epstein's "sex slave" in 2002. From the Independent:[3]

Ms Roberts was 15 years old and working as a changing room assistant at Donald Trump's country club Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida.

It was then and there that she allegedly met Ghislaine Maxwell, the daughter of disgraced tycoon Robert Maxwell.

She said: "I was wearing my sexy white Mar-A- Lago uniform – a white miniskirt and a skintight white polo top – and studying an anatomy book when I was approached by this striking woman in her mid-40s with a very proper British accent: Ghislaine." After expressing to Maxwell her wish to be a masseuse, she claims to have been taken to meet Epstein at his mansion, where she gave him an "erotic massage" for which she was paid £130.

In 2002, she claims, having acted as Epstein's "sex slave" for years, allegedly servicing his rich and powerful friends such as Prince Andrew as they travelled the world, Roberts was flown to Thailand to take a massage class.

Roberts also identified in handwritten notes the unpleasant details of Maxwell offering Roberts up to Prince Andrew for sexual purposes when Roberts was still underage.[4]

In 2016, Maxwell would sue Roberts for defamation, and Roberts would countersue saying Maxwell's suit alleging that Roberts was lying was, itself, defamation.[5] Based on docket website, Plainsite, Robert's case appears to have been decided in a sealed opinion (essentially, one that is kept secret from the public).[6] Journalist Sharon Churcher appears to have made a motion to see the opinion, which was granted - at least to a redacted version - but it is unclear when the redacted opinion will become available.[7]

MC2 modeling agency and ties to trafficking

"Perhaps most disturbing, in terms of possible sex trafficking, was Epstein’s relationship with Jean Luc Brunel, owner of the MC2 modeling agency. According to a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, an alleged victim said that Epstein, assistant and girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell, Brunel, [house manager Alfredo] Rodriguez, and Marcinkova ‘deliberately engaged in a pattern of racketeering that involved luring minor children through MC2, mostly girls under the age of 17, to engage in sexual play for money.’" [8][Archived Version]

Connection to Bill Clinton and Clinton Foundation

Even after the Epstein scandal, Maxwell stayed extremely close with the Clintons, even sneaking back into the country to attend Chelsea's wedding.[9]

Maxwell gives millions to the Clinton Global Initiative, part of the Clinton Foundation, via her TerraMar Project.[10]
